How much do you charge for diagnostic services?
In many cases we don’t charge for diagnostics because we can diagnose without taking the computer apart. If we have to take your computer apart to diagnose we will wave the diagnostics fee of $45 if we complete your repair or you buy a new computer from us.
We handle any and all computer repairs. If it can be fixed, we can fix it.
We aim for same day repairs if you bring your computer in first thing in the morning. Beyond that we aim for a 24 hour turn-around.
We offer on-site service and in some cases we use a third party for pickup/delivery.
When we repair your computer it is turned on when you pick it up to ensure that you are satisfied with the repair. If we replace any parts on your computer the part manufacturer warranty applies.
We do not poke around people’s files or email as we do not need to do that in most cases to repair a computer. Unless someone specifically tells us that they’re having issues with a particular file or application we have no need to open anything up. We do not discuss our customers with other customers.
Yes we service both Mac and Windows laptops and desktops.

We upgrade hardware and software from RAM, Hard Drives to Windows and Office apps on a daily basis.
The number one rule is to always back up your data! Every hard drive will eventually crash. Beyond that make sure to have your computer cleaned and tuned at least once per year.

In many cases we can recover your data depending on the damage to your device. If you need to use a service (not us) specializing in hard drive recovery, it will be expensive so always back up your data.
We absolutely can set up your new computer for you and we can migrate your data from your old computer too.
