In many cases, diagnostics don’t cost anything. If we do need to disassemble to diagnose, the $45 fee is waived when you proceed with the repair or purchase a computer from us.

We aim for same-day repairs when devices are dropped off early, and otherwise target a 24-hour turnaround where possible.
